I am an artist, based in Cardiff working across film, audio, print, animation, performance and text. In my work I explore themes that layer and connect through the personal, social, spiritual and psychological.

Current and recurring modes, forms and motifs include (my) voice, popular cultural icons, wellness and self-care in a late capitalist / digital age context, and how the ‘individual’ connects with the ‘group’.

Recent projects include Is it my cat or Beyoncé?, site specific film installation, commissioned by Green Man Festival, Glanusk Estate, 2023; and An Uncanny State (Song) for the Winter Solstice, commissioned by Made in Roath, Cardiff, 2023.  I’ve danced at parties, commissioned by Jerwood Arts for Survey II; and All you need to do is take it, film installation, commissioned by GS Artists, Swansea, in collaboration with Freya Dooley, 2023.

In 2021 I received the Wakelin Award purchase prize from Friends of Glynn Vivian and Glynn Vivian Art Gallery. And in 2022 I was awarded a Wales 10 Venice Fellowship with Artes Mundi and the Arts Council of Wales.
